Vlad is currently the CMO and Board Member of AMBER, a global end-to-end game development company, with 1,200+ gaming professionals spanned on four continents.

Previously, he was the Co-founder and Managing Partner of KUBIS, one of the most relevant independent full-service communication agencies in Romania and the US.

A seasoned senior executive with 25+ years of experience with proven success in building and expanding companies specialized in technology and communication, Vlad initiated and developed digital hubs for global advertising groups (such as BBDO and Saatchi & Saatchi), and is actively engaged in the CEE tech startup ecosystem as the co-founder of a Web3 health platform, and angel investor in other startups with a focus on Mar-tech and Web3.

Vlad is also making a mark in the advertising industry, being a Board Member of the International Advertising Association and CommUnity International, the most prominent independent network of creative agencies in the EU. He also contributed to the uprising of the local advertising industry by being a professor at IAA School, jury member in top advertising competitions, and speaker on trending topics related to Metaverse and Web3.

Actively involved in the local community, Vlad is also a Rotary International Officer, responsible for Rotary image and public relations for eleven regional countries.
